Bel hôtel pour déconnecter après l’agitation de Carthagène. La plage mérite d’être un peu plus propre

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide range of food and everything so fresh ! The food at dinner was delicious as well. Also, the view from the rooftop is just breathtaking, a 360° view on the city ! The spa staff should also be praised for its professionalism, treatments were great ! In general, the staff was really efficient, just some mistakes on the bill but they were fixed eventually. Finally, I’d like to thank Luisa from the guest service who brought us essential help to finalize our Colombian journey. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll come back for sure !

Piscine RDC très bruyante le matin ;-) Pas assez de variété au petit-déjeuner. Mais très correct pour ce type d'hotel

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel dans un cadre idyllique. Quelques points à améliorer : - La réactivité du service réception et conciergerie en amont du séjour est à revoir (whatsapp et téléphone), J’ai dû relancer à plusieurs reprises pour avoir des réponses) au vu de la catégorie de l’hôtel, - La chambre était très bien mais avait quelques défauts facilement vérifiable par la femme de chambre / gouvernante : * toilettes qui gouttent * « volets » entre la chambre et la salle de bain cassés ou déboîtés Au global bon séjour, merci pour la gentillesse et le service sur place

Loby, restaurant, roof top bar, petit déjeuner ,…. 10/10 Personnel: 10/10 souriants, professionnels, courtois
