« I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you »

« We would definitely stay here again. Besides the lighting in the bathroom being kind of dim, everything was great. The staff was great, knowledgeable and kind, and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the patio with pizza! Also there were a lot of staff so it always seemed like someone was around should you have questions. The rooms were updated as well. »

« Check in took a long time. Room was very hot and took over an hour to cool down. No towels in the bathroom, when we asked for some we were told that we had to go down and get them ourselves while one of us was already out of the shower waiting to dry off. The bed sheets had spots on them. The checkout staff was very friendly and probably the only good experience. »
