« We were a group of 9 adults mostly unrelated so we needed 8 beds. The house is generally a bit tired with all the lounge chairs needing attention. We specifically asked about upstairs showers - yes, there are 2 but they are adjacent so no good for a mixed group of adults - and the stable door on the 2nd toilet makes privacy difficult. We had to ask for the linen to make up a futon as we were not asked what bed configuration we needed. All little things (except the bathroom facilities) but they...

« The property was spotless, nicely laid out and comprehensively provisioned. The back verandah and yard were very private, and the lush tropical plants hosted a fascinating range of wildlife that entertained us most mornings. The outdoor shower was a luxurious highlight, used several times a day throughout our stay. »

« Everything is a bit run down. In the kitchen the pots are old and scratched, not enough cutlery/mugs or tea towels/cleaning cloths. The bed linen was old, not ironed and I was not sure if the top bit was even washed.Also, I was unhappy that there all these extra terms and conditions and I was forced to send a photo of my drivers licence just before check in to an unknown address when we have booked through stayz and that should have covered security for the owners. »
