The owners live on site in a separate self contained downstairs apartment. All privacy is given to guests during their stay, owners are on hand if additional information is needed.

The space
This spacious elevated home is surrounded by tropical gardens. Four large bedrooms that can cater for up to 12 people and 3 kids.. The price is inclusive for 4 people additional guests will be charged extra costs. please see booking fee breakdown. The master has its own private ensuite with a Queen and a Single bed. An Andriod TV if you just want to watch Netflix and chill or you can stream straight from your smart phone or device. The remaining 3 bedrooms share a main bathroom with a bathtub and seperate shower. Both front rooms open up onto a large balcony with seating. This family friendly home has a room with bunk beds with an additional roll out single trundle bed underneath. There are Toys and games available with a TV and countless kids movies to keep the littlies occupied in between exploring the many attractions that the Top End has to offer. Can also cater for singles as well with 2 additional single beds that are available for Adult single guests.

The rooms are stylishly furnished with touches of Bali to inspire that tropical getaway feeling. The large kitchen is fully equipt with everything you need for a home away from home including platters for entertaining. The large spacious living area boasts a large corner lounge that looks out over the views of the lakes. There is a large screen TV in lounge area for watching the footy or if a movie is more your thing there is Netflix set up ready to watch. A reading nook to relax and take in a book or 2, or maybe a game of chess or other games for family and friends are ready to enjoy. There's musical instruments for the inspired or the talented, a dedicated office space with lake views for those who need to work remotely whilst they combine a working holiday.

Living area opens up onto a spacious wrap around Balcony with BBQ and Alfresco dining for 12. As well as a cosy spot to just sit and chill taking in the view with a glass of wine or enjoying your morning coffee. Downstairs there is a Deluxe 8 man spa which boasts 112 jets and LED lighting to set the mood in the evening. A lockable cover is in place to ensure its kept safe and clean. With privacy nestled amongst the tropical garden, but still has the views of the beautiful lake on the backdoor step.
