« We like the beach and beach services alot »

« The staff was excellent; specially Jesus at the beach. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The only reason I booked staying at this resort was the fact that you could swim at the beach. Needless to say, on Saturday July 13th, we went down to the beach around 8:00 a.m. and it was nice and peaceful. Then around 11:00 a.m. it became a chaotic seen. People from a Carnival Cruise liner that had docked near the hotel came and took over the entire beach. There were at least 200 people who rented...

« Good: clean, relatively new property, excellent food. Not so great: Pools are good but on the small side, staff is not as attentive or helpful (compared to other resorts in the area, and i have been to plenty since i live in San Diego and Cabo is our favorite get away with wife & 2 kids). Last but not least was the fact that the 24hr room service was unavailable for the last night we stayed, and we came back at 9pm from the restaurant and found the room cleaning staff telling us that they're...
