First and foremost, I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you may have faced during your visits with us.
As you are our valued customer, I appreciate your feedback regarding dated air conditioning & AC noise, butler engagement, food menus and tar on the beach.
We constantly are evolving the resort and upgrading facilities to be able to meet expectations always.
Installation of new AC’s with minimal fan noise is process. We are going to install new TV’s with blue tooth and you can connect the iPhone with sound system through Bluetooth this year.
I am very sorry to note that the GEM (guest experience maker) couldn’t serve you at his best. I have shared your feedback and rest assured corrective measures will be taken if any standard was not met.
We are in process reviewing our menus to enhance quality and better value for money.
Your comments about the tar/oil are very reasonable. Whilst it is not a regular occurrence at the resort it does sometimes happens that waves of oil pellets as well as rubbish make their way onto our pristine shore. Our hosts are relentlessly sweeping and collecting litter and tar daily. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Nevertheless, as we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable experience. I am thrilled to read that you enjoyed your overall stay with us
