« Clean, nice location, friendly staff, super comfy beds. Loved the place! »

« The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service. »

« Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway. »

« The property is a old building and not well maintained. The odor in the rooms is disgusted -cigarette smoke- the breakfast is not for western tourists. The food wasn’t well appetizing. »

« When I arrived, I was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t function (I had planned to go swimming every day but it's just not possible). But after spending three nights at XMAN, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and I always felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, just a short...
