Spoke very good english and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely the best way to enjoy your trip to that region. « Le personnel est très serviable, sympathique et aux petits soins. Le cadre au milieu de la montagne est agréable. Néanmoins, la position est vraiment isolée, ce qui interdit toute sortie une fois que l’on est rentré à l’hôtel. Le restaurant a un rapport qualité prix trop élevé. La chambre spacieuse et bien décorée avait malheureusement un degré d’humidité incroyable. Tous les effets et vêtements ont été imprégnés par cette humidité. »

« Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well....

« Excellent hotel in Zhangjiajie across the street from the cable car to Tianmen Mountain. The room I stayed on the second floor was completely remodelled. It was perfect! Very comfortable bed, linens and shower, and quite spacious. Breakfast wasn't bad but there could be more choices for the western taste. This is my second stay a the Hampton by Hilton and I will return. »
