As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible. « James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing.
