It is dishearting that our services did not meet your expectations and i wish you raised these issues during your stay.
Concerning misssing items i phone , we have a policy here to address these issues.
we do have a lost and found iphone in our safe that was collected at the main pool by a guest.
If it is yours feel free to contact us for arrangement to get it back to you.
we normally keep it on charge hoping the owner would call.
Once again , i express our sincere apologies for not meeting your expectations.
