L'hôtel était plus satisfaisant en vrai que sur les photos. Le personnel est extraordinaire, accueillant, souriants. Il est situé assez près de la plage et les installations sont supers! Si je reviens sur l'île, j'y retournerais assurément 😉

Un hotel irréprochable, tres propre le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Mohamed est une personne très accueillant. J'hésiterais pas a y revenir pour un prochain sejour.

WE WERE FRAUDED BY CANARY NUNGWI!!Their photos are not real!! The manager did not react to the fact that our room was dirty and unrealistically different than in the photos and unacceptable ! They have a new building to be renovated in which they placed us and the renovation was ongoing .. Ludzie uważajcie na ten hotel!!!

Amazing team of people! Average room.
The team of people at Canary Nungwi is amazing! Very helpful, kind, flexible. Excellent experience overall. Breakfast and lunch were really tasty :-) My luggage was delayed and they helped me to make quick shopping of basic things. A person at main reception gave me a key to the room before having a hotels.com e-mail booking confirmation (hotels.com had a big delay), so full trust from their side - big thank you! My room was just an average, very spacious but not a 4-start room. The AC wasn't efficient enough. Furniture and bathroom looked quite old, but still very clean. Please note I stayed at Canary 2 which is 100 meters away from main Canary 1. Therefore there may be some differences. I've seen they renovate the rooms all the time, I might have received the room before renovation. All in all, recommended hotel with great poeple.

Pleasant stay!
We had a great stay, the service was good. We had some issues with the check in and got a room that was different from what we booked. But the manager fixed it for us the day after. The new room was comfortable and had nice sheets and was clean. All the staff was very kind. Good location, a few minutes walk to the beach. We recommend this place.

The Canary aquired an OLD hotel, that they are in the process of fixing up. We were put in that properity. Nothing lookes like the pictures on the internet. If I had seen a pucture of the room they had given me, I would NOT have stayed there.

No quiero puntuar ni evaluar el hotel donde me he alojado, Quiero resaltar públicamente la nefasta y nula atención al cliente de Hotels.com. Llegué al hotel y me hicieron pagar gastos adicionales que no figuraban en mi reserva. Pero lo peor de todo es que es que me fue totalmente imposible imposible contactar con ustedes , no hay forma de comunicar un problema a la llegada al hotel , lo único que ofrecen es un chat virtual que no sirve absolutamente para nada. Jamás volveré a contratar un alojamiento con Hotels.com porque abandonan al cliente a su suerte después de haber cobrado

I loved my time in Nungwi and Canary is in a great location!! So easy to get to and from the beach and walk to restaurants and getting to excursions. The staff is really nice and helpful with anything you may need and it is very secure. I went as a solo traveler so my room was the right amount of space for me and the cleaning staff is incredible. Really loved the breakfast in the morning as well! A heads up about the crows trying to steal your toast if you walk away from your plate for a second, but the staff tries their best to chase them off!! The pool area is also really great for relaxing.

The staff at Canary are amazing. The property is extremely clean. The food was great. The TV connection in the room didn't work and they were not able to get it working until the day before we left. But we had our phones so it wasn't a problem. For safety a railing needs to be added to the stairs leading up to the outside dining area. If I ever visit Nungwi, Zanzibar again I will definitely stay at Canary. 10 out of 10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das Hotel hat eine gute Lage man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand. ATM ist in der Nähe und auch Souvenirshops. Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat eine große Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder, können wir weiter empfehlen.

We felt very welcome by all staff, not only very well trained, but also with a kindness from the heart. Outstanding breakfast, never had such rich platter of fruits ever prepared for me! The nearby beach is easily walkable, and well lit to feel safe. Well maintained pool and very confortable loungers, towels abundantly provided for beach and pool use. Nice rooms, where everything (quiet A/C) was in good order

I would stay here again
Cute boutique hotel. The staff was amazing always happy to help with any needs. Breakfast was delicious with variety of baked items and hot. Omelettes made my request and fresh fruit available. Rooms were a good size and clean. Bathroom supplies: toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. There was a refrigerator and I can’t remember if there’s a tv because I never used it. Lots to do around the hotel, swimming, bikes available, ping pong table, darts and cards. I would say what stood out the most for me was how kind and helpful the staff was. They really made my stay!
