Staff was lovely. Hotel is close to highway and restaurants. The only disappointment was the pool was unavailable and that was a big reason we chose this hotel…we wish we had known ahead of time.

Tuve que pedir programar el servicio de limpieza del cuarto diario, ya que el primer día no se hizo. El desayuno es gratis, pero extremadamente monótono, para estar hospedado una semana llega a ser insoportable siempre lo mismo.

Thank you for your input. Hilton has mandated us to provide housekeeping service every other day unless requested otherwise. I apologize that this made it inconvenient for you but am glad we were able to change it and provide daily service. Our breakfast items are the same with the exception of the hot items we cook daily. We have a limited menu of approved items that we are able to serve according to Hilton Standards. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon.Sincerely

Overall great stay but the bathroom wasn’t as clean. There was hair in the shower and in the corner of the bathroom floor which left me questioning the overall cleanliness.

Temperature control in the room was a little challenging. Had to set temperature really low to make the room comfortable. Was finally able to get a comfortable temperature but took most of the night.

Not the best Hampton
Room was not clean, but otherwise OK. Carpets were very obviously not swept; dragging dirt around in your socks and fingernails on the floor.

Worst stay in a Hampton Inn EVER
We were told that there was work going on in the hotel with no further details. Well, it was plaster work and paint right outside our room. I had to breathe plaster dust for my entire stay of 3 nights. Workers were loud and messy. Hotel should NEVER have given us this room in their work area. When asked if I could move, they didn't have a similar room to accommodate us. I do give t.he manager for trying. Morning front desk person told me the manager was not there. Never asked if there was anything she could help me with. Spoke to the afternoon manager but by that time I was pretty angry. Quality of pillows is not what they used to be. Soft, thin and flimsy. I always chose Hampton Inns because they had great bedding. Not anymore. Very unhappy customer and most likely will never go to a Hampton Inn again.

Needs repaired worse ever.
Hotel is very outdated. Construction going on in the hotel and was not disclosed when we checked in. I always use Hampton and this is the worst yet. Bed uncomfortable plus a fire 3 doors down from us that woke us up to fireman. We were told electrical. Hallways dirty. Too high priced for what it was. If we weren’t too tired I would not have stayed there. Do not recommend

The front desk staff is supposed to be notifying guests about the renovations at check in so I do apologize that it was not communicated for you. I am also sincerely sorry that you were waken up by the firemen, in the events of any kind of fire we do have to check the surrounding rooms to make sure everyone is alright, so that was out of concern for your safety. I do hope you will consider staying again when the renovations are no longer going on and things look better.

Our stay was ok. The front desk clerk was really nice. Like previous reviews state it is definitely an older property with cosmetic issues. It doesn’t give Hilton property aesthetic nor should it be over $200 a night.

It was really disappointing. We got there and when we got up to the room we were going to give our daughter a bath but while filling the tub black specs came out of the faucet. So we just opted not to bathe her. At around 2:30 the room smelled like cigarette smoke it woke us all up. I looked outside the room and the window and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The baby has asthma and was clearly not falling back asleep after trying for 2 hours so we left at around 4am. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we left. Otherwise I would have brought this up then. It’s a nice hotel maybe we just got a not so great room.

I am so sorry to see that there were several issues during your stay. I am going to have all of the tubs checked as well as see if we can figure out the cigarette smell due to, we are a nonsmoking facility. I hope that your baby's asthma is okay and hope you'll give us another chance in the future!
