« The location of the hotel is very tricky as address shown is for the area,taxi driver has difficulty in finding it until we have to ring the hotel for the direction.Our cup n glassware were not washed n leave unattended.Washing detergent was not replenish as well.we have to contact housekeeping for resolution.Travelling distance far from the high rail station.Good thing the mrt station is just located on the basement in the shopping mall next to residence. »

« Had a great stay here, big thanks to Mr. Deng 小邓 at the front desk. Super helpful guy, made everything easy. Helped me figure out the metro and pointed me to some awesome local food spots that weren’t just the usual tourist stuff. Felt like chatting with a friend, not just hotel staff. Place was clean and solid overall, but Xiao Deng definitely made the trip better. Cheers man! »
