First, let's talk about the outdoor amenities. You'll find a USA Pickleball regulation court, a 9-hole frisbee golf course, full-size bocce ball, cornhole, two Cowboy tubs, a propane firepit, and a propane skillet BBQ. So, whether you're a competitive sports enthusiast or just looking to kick back with some tasty treats, you're covered.

We also have a hot tub, hammock, various outdoor seating, an outdoor bed, and an outdoor dining patio. Whether you're soaking up some sun, taking a nap, or dining al fresco, we've got you covered.

Inside, you'll find heating/AC and speedy wifi so you can stay cozy and connected, no matter the weather.

A note from the owners:
We're thrilled to host you in our desert home, The Hoopa House. As a family of five, we share a passion for travel, architecture, and outdoor activities. During our camping trips in a converted sprinter van, we discovered the breathtaking beauty of Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, and Pioneertown, and fell in love with the high desert.

Inspired by the charm of the desert, we decided to invest in a home to share with fellow desert enthusiasts like you. We've put in countless hours of dedication and hard work (literal blood, sweat and tears) to update the house ourselves and turn it into a cozy oasis. Our goal is to offer you an unforgettable stay, full of amazing memories.

EV Charger Outlet: This property does not have a dedicated EV charger, but there are outdoor outlets available for use if you need to plug in your vehicle

You’ll need a car to get around, and it is a few miles on a dirt road. But don’t worry, you do not need a four-wheel-drive car to access the house. Just take it slow.

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: dirt roads, not capable of low riding cars. FOLLOW PROVIDED DIRECTIONS.
Fenced yard: Fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: Cameras located one by the front door, by the driveway. Pickle ball court. Back shed
Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage

EV Charger Outlet: This property does not have a dedicated EV charger, but there are outdoor outlets available for use if you need to plug in your vehicle

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.


◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
