HOT TUB AND POOL SERVICE DAYS: EVERY TUESDAY AND FRIDAY
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.
• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.
• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. There are a lot of custom-designed pieces inside the house. Please be respectful of the space and the items in the house.

We provide a starter kit: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!
COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO:
We allow commercial photography and video for an extra cost. Please let us know if you're planning on using the space for that.
ENTRY:
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival.
SELFIE MUSEUM GARAGE:
5 custom walls designed for your own personal selfie museum. Bring along multiple outfits, open up the garage door for natural light, and have your own private photoshoot.
PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat, and safe road to get to the house!
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high-speed internet, making for a perfect work-cation getaway! You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property.
