âș GENERAL: As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.
âș PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the large driveway.
âș WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home for any remote workers in your group.
âș FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? Weâve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ân play/travel crib, children's books, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! / Please request in advance
âș PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.

âč CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling Wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
âč ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
âč CLEANING PROTOCOLS: As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us), and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.
