* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

» Primary Bedroom- Relax and unwind in the private primary with ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. With a single king memory foam bed, armchair, large flatscreen TV, you can retreat from hanging out as a group to this oasis. Wash the day's cares away with a bubble bath in the jetted tub or in our walk in shower. Off the primary ensuite bathroom you will find a spacious walk in closet.

» Bedroom 2 - Bright and airy with great morning sunlight, the built in desk in this room is the perfect workspace for remote workers. This room has a single queen bed and large closet for storing all your belongings.

» Bedroom 3 - With two queens, this room boasts desert sands + mountain views out the picture window.

» Bedroom 4 - Last but not least, at the end of the hall you'll find tucked away the fourth bedroom with a single queen memory foam bed and a spacious closet.

» There is one ensuite bathroom in the primary wing and one second full bathroom in the hallway leading toward bedroom 4. All bathrooms feature everything you need to get ready - Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, plush towels, and hairdryers.

» We have a high speed wifi throughout the property and a dedicated workspace in the second bedroom with plenty of outlets/USB chargers. Should there be multiple remote workers in your group, we recommend gathering at the bar top!
