They addressed the leak immediately and provided breakfast vouchers for our group. The resort may just need some upgrades due to its age. But great experience overall. »

This person does indeed give you a map, but they also try to “give” you 100 or a free vacation. I tried to politely decline. The woman I talked to made it difficult. The only issue my husband and I had with the unit was the thermostat clearly didn’t work at all. We made the best of our situation. It was warm at times very warm, we tried turning the temperature down; that didn’t work and the cool tab didn’t work. So we just opened the window. But overall it was a good stay. »

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for a family stay, and the air conditioning made the heat much more bearable.
