This recently renovated home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious garden. Perfectly located in a quiet area of York, it's just a short walk to some wonderful cafes and pubs, with easy access to York city centre. Poppleton train station (YO26 6PX) connects to Leeds and Harrogate, and major roads like the A1237 are close by. With free onsite parking, a relaxing outdoor space, and room for up to 5 guests, this cosy retreat is ideal for short or long stays in York.

Welcome to your home away from home! This delightful property provides everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, whether you're visiting for a short getaway or an extended stay.

✹ The Space ✹

This welcoming property has everything you need and offers a comfortable stay for up to 5 guests, with the option of a travel cot for families with young children (Please see the "Other Things to Note" section). There will be complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which we are sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!

The home includes three bedrooms, comprising two double beds with ample hanging storage in both rooms, and a single bed in the third room. All with professionally cleaned linens for your comfort. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Morrison's Supermarket a short drive or stroll from the property in Acomb.

The property offers two bathrooms, which includes a shower room, WC and basin downstairs and a shower over bath, washbasin, and toilet in the upstairs area.

There is a large rear garden suitable for those with pet/s. The main living space features the comfort of 2 fabulous sofas, a Smart TV (guests can log into their own accounts for Netfilx and Paramount), and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment.

This property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay

Guests will have access to the entire house.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

FREE PARKING:
Parking is available for 1 car on the driveway.

TRAVEL COT
We can provide a travel cot for guests to use during their stay. There is an additional charge of ÂŁ20 for this. Please enquire at the point of booking. Guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
