Our family spent the week of July 4 at the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Mike and Pam were great, checking in and welcoming us after check in.

We have rented this house for 3 years. Itā€™s in a great location, close to the shops and Short Sands. They provide towels, beach chairs, boogey boards, sand buckets and shovels, sand wagons, bikesā€¦. Thereā€™s really so much they provide that it makes your vacation so much more relaxing that you donā€™t have to bring all the little things to make your vacation enjoyable. We couldnā€™t ask for a more stocked house close to everything! Pamela and Mike are amazing hosts and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We look forward to our stay for years to come!

Walkable to town and beach. Extremely clean. Owners ver communicative. Check in easy. The house was loaded with beach stuff, bikes, a grill, kids toys, everything we needed for our family stay. The bedrooms are generously sizes. Can't wait to go back!

Flew in from ND on a Monday and out on a Friday. Filled our days with a train trip to Boston, whale watching in Portland, walks on Fishermanā€™s Trail and Marginal Way, and hanging on the beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. Not having to pack a crib, high chair, and toys was wonderful. Maple bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great - quiet but still close to town. The rooms were huge, beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, etc. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house was clean and well kept. We would definitely rent this property again.

This house was a perfect fit for your annual girls weekend. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The huge dining table was a fave as we love to sit down together for dinner and also game night which is something we enjoy, Location was perfect. We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts were kind and communicative. The house is large, clean, and well equipped. There are two garages separating you from the other unit and noise was never an issue at all. Lots of parking and walking distance to the beach, shops and lots of places to eat or enjoy live music.

We had a fantastic time staying at this home. The location is prime, just minutes walk from town and the beach. You cannot go wrong by booking a house owned by Mike and Pam. We have stayed at their properties for 3 years and already booked our vacation at 52B for next year! The house and amenities are gorgeous. The owners are friendly and respond back to you very quickly. We had 3 generations of family (from 7 months to 74 years) and we all had a great time!

We have stayed at this cottage a couple of other times and obviously love it! It is beautifully decorated, has everything you need for a perfect vacation. This was the first time we have ever had an issue, the AC broke during a heat wave. Mike and Pam went above and beyond and responded within minutes of us notifying them. They had a service team down immediately assessing the issue as well as preparing and providing multi back up window ac units for all rooms. AC was replaced and they continued to monitor to be sure all was fine. Another reason we enjoy renting from them!

We spent just a couple of nights in York as part of a celebration of my parents' 50th anniversary, but we really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and roomy. We had 7 people that had plenty of room and more could have fit easily. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking meals and all the appliances feel new. The location is perfect for walking into town and it was easy to find with GPS. One day we walked from the house to Nubble Lighthouse, which was a great way to see the town. The checkout time is a little early compared with other places I've stayed, but we just adjusted our plans and did a little more sightseeing in Boston. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house for a group or large family.

The property was beautiful and perfectly located. We had everything we needed for day to day needs. Backyard was perfect for an afternoon bbq and nighttime fire. Neighborhood was peaceful and walking distance from some great little shops and the beach. Everyone enjoyed the time we were there and would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone heading to that area.
