« Séjour excellent, chambre double supérieure très propre. Hotel très propre. Personnel très serviable. Félicitations. Très bon Petit-déjeuner . Emplacement parfait, nous recommandons sans hésitation. »

« Japanese breakfast was authentic and delicious. Delux double room huge by Japanese hotel standards. Room was quiet and clean although carpets require updating. Staff professional. Location for subway and shinkansen excellent. Will stay again. »

« Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use. »
