« Beautiful home, good location. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the property was lovely and the owner was responsive and friendly. A few relatively minor “watch-outs”… The listing states there may be fees for extra guests but we were surprised that the host fee included $300 for extra guests even though the property advertises it sleeps 4, and we are a family of 4. « This was an excellent base to see both Nelson and access Kootenay Lake,This was a full Home and very well equipped.Response from the Host was very quick whenever contacted Downtown Nelson location very close to everything.We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and walking to see many of the numerous murals Nelson is known for.Slept very well, was not bothered by any noise which is important to me. »

« We needed a place to rest and recover between two backcountry ski trips and this was the perfect place. Lisa was extremely helpful and accomodating during our visit. We loved the location as we could walk to everything. It is quite uphill to get back home, but not too daunting. The old house is very comfortable and furnished for comfortable living. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking even though we mostly went out. I highly recommend this place! »

« Great getaway for the 2 of us! Great place to be if your looking to just relax and enjoy or maybe your looking to reconnect! We did both. Use of the hot tub is a bonus under the stars on a clear night. Comfort abounds in this Vintage House from the bedding to furniture. All the comforts of home with the aged beauty of days gone by! This house has a history and you can feel it from the sounds of the heaters creaking to the cracking of the floors. Get set for a great time! Close to town, hiking...
