Superb experience at Hotel de Lagom! We stayed there twice during our trip to Vietnam. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The bedding was great. The staff is incredible, always attentive and caring. Very well located in Hanoi, the city center is easily accessible on foot. A big thanks to Emma, James and Johnny. Their advice and kindness was much appreciated! Excellent value for money, we recommended it for your stay in Hanoi.

This hôtel is really the Best deal in town ! It offers you à high level of services, staff is incredibly helpful, my room was spacious and very very quiet (although in the very noisy old quarter). I let my window opened all night ! Well everything was perfect.

Third stay in Bonjour An Nam Home in our north Vietnam tour. Each time we had been kindly welcome by all the staff and particulary by our favorite receptionist "Camille". We rent our scooter directly at the hotel so we didn't need to wait or look for a rental shop. The rooms were every time perfect. Taking contact before we arrive wasneverytime easy and usefull to achive our requests. Thanks a lot for your kindness. We hightly recommand this hotel
