Un oasis à Rangoun !!!
Nous avons passé 8 nuits ( une que nous avions payée mais nous sommes partis en urgence a cause du coronavirus !!!!!) Très belle hôtel, superbe piscine, de l’espace, des palmiers, chambre correct, personnel adorable et prévenant. Petit bémol : la restauration n’est pas à la hauteur sauf le buffet du petit déjeuner ! Le spa est cher et pas exceptionnel !

Chatrium est un très bel hotel pour un cours séjour a yangon. Placé non loin du lac il est accessible facilement. Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses. Le service de l'hotel est parfait.

Très bel établissement
Hôtel magnifique avec beaucoup de charme. Grande chambre avec balcon avec vue sur le lac et la grande Pagode. Petit déjeuner complet, belle piscine, salle de sport pas très grande mais bien équipée, connexion internet performante, personnel très serviable et souriant. Je recommande cet hôtel aussi bien pour les familles que pour les personnes en voyage d'affaires.

Tres bon hotel, de tres grand standing, la piscine est superbe et parfaite pour se reposer apres les visites des palais boudhistes. Le petit dejeuner est fantastique, il y a tout, et pour tous les gouts. Possibilite de faire appel au concierge pour reserve taxi local pour aller a l'aeroport (10000kyat/10usd), moins cher que le transfer dans voiture de standing). Superbe hotel.

all in all it was fine although the bathroom equipment and the mattress are aging seriously. Breakfast was not exceptional and as far as Service is concerned, it was both excellent and disappointing at same time: -superb Service at the pool bar by Mr"Rio" who did very well (ask for him) -at the front desk there is a man who gives you totally wrong informations about the cost of Taxis. We tried to explain him this was not fait but obviously he did not understand

Nice 4 stars hotel.
A good place to stay close to everything by taxi that you pay 3000.-Kyats. Nice breakfast. Free Wi-Fi which was fast between the interruptions.

The hotel is located next to a big lagoon which is perfect for running. It is surrounded with trees, looks and feels exotic. One of the best features of this hotel is how friendly and accommodating the staffs are. We arrived late and our room was ready with the air-conditioning on and a tea sachet with a sweet note from the room service staff. We have to leave very early to catch an early flight and the breakfast was ready as they promised. They have good selection of food and everything was perfectly delivered.

Great View of the Shwedagon Pagoda
Beautiful hotel, but of course, my impression was coloured by the fact that they upgraded me to a Club Level room on the top floor with marvellous views of the Shwedagon Pagoda lit up at night. How could I not be happy? Excellent value for money even had I not gotten the upgrade. A copious buffet breakfast was included in the price and staff were delightful. Swimming pool was enormous and surrounded by swaying palms. Pity I was only overnighting ...

Our stay was WONDERFUL... until it WASN'T. We stayed on the club level floor and only ate at the hotel. In fact, we didn't even leave the property. On day 2, we both got violently ill. I'll spare you the details, but it was both of us, and it was BAD! It was definitely food poisoning, and, as mentioned, we had only eaten at the hotel. In the middle of the night, I could actually hear the man in the room next door throwing up as well. Worst night ever. We called the front desk, and they brought more toilet paper and anti-diarrheal meds... but no apology, and they never checked in with us again. The next day (and it was a lllloooonnnggg night taking turns in the bathroom), my partner stumbled up to the executive level desk to ask for a late checkout since we literally could barely move. Although they did (eventually) grant it, there was no sympathy, reaction, apology, or concern whatsoever. Highly disappointing on even a human level let alone a "5 star hotel" level. I would never recommend staying here not only based on the fact that we got food poisoning, but even more on the fact that they knew and didn't try to help in any way, shape, or form.
