Despite the language barrier, because the staff do not speak English very well, our requests have all been treated with the utmost care. « Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. « Super ryokan niché dans la montagne de zao. Pas si facile d'accès sans voiture (bus et bouchons depuis Yamagata). Néanmoins cela vallait le coup : très beau lieu tout confort. Litterie impeccable, bâtiment propre et surtout un repas merveilleux !! Le onsen est très jolie mais le bain extérieur est très très chaud.
