You will not be left disappointed as you go discovering the little quirks that this stunning property has to offer including a Gym with sea views, Sauna, Hot tub, Home cinema and even your own swimming lane that stylishly flows alongside the house.
Villa Xian has clearly been well thought out, catering for both young and old alike. For the younger ones in the group, there is a fantastic kid’s pool area with a toadstool waterfall and a colourful playhouse and for the older kids, and adults alike, there is table tennis and a pool table to further enhance your enjoyment during your stay in this beautiful villa.
As you enter, you will be struck by the luminous interior thanks to its modern, picture window design, also giving you a fantastic view to the pool of an evening from the lounge. This ultra-modern living space offers you an impressive home cinema and a super comfy U-shaped leather sofa that will entice you to stretch out and relax. The dining area homes a beautiful tropical fish tank along with a spacious dining table that impressively converts into a pool table!
The stylish kitchen is superbly equipped and neatly designed with top quality appliances and it also hosts a contemporary island where you can both cook and eat with a touch button hob in the middle and seating around it.
As you step outside, the beautiful oriental theme continues. Dip into the inviting pool to refresh and relax under the hydro-massage cascade below the watchful eye of the Terracotta Warrior. If you like to step it up a gear, take advantage of the swimming lane that runs alongside the house, clocking up your daily lengths. For sun lovers, there are lots of loungers to relax and to feel the sun’s warming rays on your face. You can’t beat dining alfresco when the sun is shining and with a brick built BBQ along with plentiful seating, what could be better? Villa Xian also offers a covered terrace with high quality sofas should you wish for some shade throughout the day and this area is also perfect to sit and relax with a glass of the good stuff as evening draws in. Day or night, we cannot forget the luxurious hot tub that is also on offer to you, perfect.
The 5 bedrooms, distributed over two floors, have been carefully thought out and catered to its audience. The children’s twin bedroom with a TV and located on the ground floor leads directly to the children’s pool play area. On the same floor, there is also a pretty double bedroom with a four poster bed, a large flat-screen TV and an inviting ensuite with hydro massage shower. To complete the ground floor bedrooms, there is a spacious twin room with modern furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a double wardrobe. There is also a separate shower room on this floor for your convenience.
Upstairs, two impressive ensuite rooms with hidden extras completing the picture. Up here, you will find the second four-poster bedroom housing an invigorating hydromassage shower, a large flat screen TV and leads onto your very own gym with stunning sea views, perfect for working out in style. The master bedroom offers you a bath, ideal for relaxing. Each room leads out onto an impressive terrace and in this area you will also find a dart board and table tennis table. No stone has been left unturned at this beautiful villa. As an added bonus, this villa comes with complimentary pool towels for the duration of your stay.
We doubt very much that you will want to leave Villa Xian throughout your stay but with Playa Blanca on your doorstep, awash with beautiful beaches and restaurants, as well as the unique island of Fuerteventura a mere 30 minute ferry ride away, exploring these islands is a must!
