  • À Playa Blanca, la maison de vacances 'Villa Jeamir I' offre une superbe vue sur la mer. La propriété, répartie sur 2 étages, comprend un salon, une cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains, ainsi qu'une salle d'eau supplémentaire, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Vous bénéficierez également du Wi-Fi haut débit, de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, d’un lave-linge et d’une smart TV avec services de streaming. Une table de billard est à votre disposition. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont également disponibles.



    Le point fort de ce logement est son espace extérieur privé avec piscine, jacuzzi, jardin, terrasse découverte, terrasse couverte, balcon, barbecue et douche extérieure. La piscine est chauffée d’octobre à avril (24-25°C). Il est possible d’augmenter la température moyennant un supplément.



    Un parking est disponible sur place et un stationnement gratuit est possible dans la rue. Les animaux ne sont pas admis. Le Wi-Fi convient aux appels vidéo. Une alarme avec caméra dans le salon ne prend des photos qu’en cas de déclenchement de l’alarme. Les fêtes sont strictement interdites. Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur. Serviettes de plage et de piscine fournies.

We stayed in the villa for 10 days early June and absolutely loved it, My wife and I and our 2 adult children.The villa was so spacious, clean and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the hosts were on hand via email with any questions we had about the area.With 2 small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and beaches and as many restaurants as you could need about a 20 minute walk for us this was a perfect location.

Well appointed Villa in a good location, the amenities are in close proximity. Property manager is very nice and very keen to ensure your vacation is relaxing.

Villa holiday with friends

Communication with host prior to arrival was excellent and we received all the information we required for a smooth check in. The villa is exactly as it appears in the photographs on vrbo but we were disappointed to find there were only 3 bathrooms when the vrbo description states that there are 4 bathrooms. Four bathrooms was one of our requirements so it did cause a few problems as people had to share. We had no other issues with the property. The host Suzanne was excellent throughout, the was there if you needed her but didn’t intrude.

Tired property and some problems

The property itself was a bit tired. We had three storms during our stay and the roof leaked in at least three areas. The external mains plugs had broken covers and caused us to lose power on three occasions when the rain got into one causing us to throw away a whole fridge and freezer of food. Suzanne the Holidu representative was very proactive and helped us getting a temporary fix to the problem. It also advertised high speed broadband. It was slow and only covered part of the property.

Holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

We had a fantastic holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. Villa Jeamir 1 is a stunning property. It was beautifully clean on arrival and the Villa Manager kindly arranged to get some shopping for us as we were due to arrive very late. Location of the villa is perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful promenade with all the shops, bars and restaurants. This villa has 2 floors. The first floor comprises 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and there is also a separate toilet on this floor. It has a very well equipped kitchen and utility room - everything we needed was supplied. There is also a dining room. The lower floor comprises 2 single bedrooms which share a bathroom. There is a very large lounge area with 2 sets of sofas, a pool table and a dart board - it is a very large, wonderful, airy space. The outside area is fantastic. A large dining table and chairs is situated under a covered terrace with a bbq and outside sink - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here it is a lovely sociable space with a beautiful sea view. Down a few steps is the swimming pool area which is equally lovely. There are adequate sunbeds and 2 umbrellas, 1 is fixed to the floor. There is also a hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed using in the evenings. Suzanne, the villa Manager was amazing. She was incredibly helpful to us throughout our 2 week holiday. We had such a fantastic time and loved the villa and it's location.

We loved everything about this property excluding the hot tub (more on that below).The house is clean, spacious, & conveniently located—(shortcut down an alley makes it only a 15-min walk into town) The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & felt safe & comfortable.A special thanks to the property manager, Suzanne, who was polite & kindly allowed us to check-in a few hrs early.Major Issue: The Hot TubOur ONLY issue, and unfortunately the reason we would not return, is the hot tub. It should not be listed as part of the property; it is not safe for use & needs immediate attention.We contacted Suzanne to report the issue & she sent a maintenance person over. She later visited & confirmed that the hot tub lid was decomposing, with pieces falling into the water. That evening, we got in and clearly observed oil & dead skin in the water, prompting us to immediately get out.As a trained pool plant operator with my own hot tub, I inspected the unit:The filter was black & slimy (photos available), indicating it had not been cleaned in some time. Even after cleaning the filter and running the hot tub for an hour, there was no improvement. Crucially, the main pump is not working correctly, meaning no water is being pulled through the filter for sanitization. The bubble pump also does not work.The hot tub should be decommissioned immediately due to the serious risk of infection and potential Legionnaires' disease.
