Sitting in a beautiful elevated position just outside of Playa Blanca, the sprawling Casa Playa Blanca enjoys gorgeous mountain and sea views. It is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the delights of Playa Blanca. The villa offers four bedrooms sleeping 8 guests so is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.

Playa Blanca is a tourist magnet that has retained its village charm. It is located on the south side of Lanzarote  with a wide range of restaurants, bars, a new shopping centre and a wonderful port. The gorgeous Papgayos Beaches are white sand wonders with crystal clear water lapping against the rocks. The Playa Blanca boardwalk is fabulous. If the charms of Lanzarote are not enough to keep you busy, it is very easy to take a boat over to the nearby island of Fuerteventura.

Casa Playa Blanca offers very spacious accommodation and delightful outdoor space. The chef in your group will be blown over by the villa’s kitchen. It is an enormous space with more cupboards than you could ever use. It is very sociable with a huge island and numerous stools where everyone can pour a glass of wine and keep the chef company. The appliances are top notch and there are even two of some, such as fridges and freezers!The living room is also spacious with a huge, comfy U-shaped sofa and another sofa plus the usual flat screen television with good channels.

The four bedrooms are comprised of an enormous master with a superking bed and ensuite bathroom, another with a kingsize bed, another with a queensize bed and finally a twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom and a further shower room to share.

Guests staying a Casa Playa Blanca will enjoy the outdoor space. There is a pretty courtyard with a small fountain, lots of succulent plants and a sun drenched dining table, another stone-walled succulent garden and a large pool area. The shaded terrace that runs alongside the villa enjoys a superb built-in alfresco dining area with a marble table and bench seating, a bar and an alfresco lounge area. There are sun loungers surrounding the swimming pool. It is very easy to find a quiet corner in this villa for your holiday read. There is also a well-equipped gym for keep fit enthusiasts.
