Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. Bien qu'étant en centre ville, pas de nuisances sonores car logé dans une ruelle calme avec petit bar en bas .. juste ce qu'il faut.. Appartement très propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut, meme plus. Un excellent séjour dans une ville magnifique. »
