« Stayed in same apartments last year but a different room. Last year was excellent but this year a little disappointing. Apartment seemed smaller, bedroom overlooked the main road, was noisy during the night and blinds did not block out the light. Wooden floor needed repairing in numerous places, kitchen bin had lid missing, dressing table with mirror had no electrical socket, had to plug in straightener in living room and stand at bedroom door to look in mirror across the room. « Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. « This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic.
