Nous sommes désolé notre chambre la fenêtre dégoûtais l’eau sur le bord de fenêtre nous avons dû faire mettre des serviettes à plusieurs reprise pour empêcher l’eau .

I do apologize for the issue you had with your window. I did just email our Chief Engineer to look at this so it does not cause an issue in the future. This is not the guest experience we strive for by any means. We hope you give us another chance the next time you are in the area.

Great hotel, with easy check in, beautiful comfortable rooms and very clean. Only suggestions are mugs in room for coffee and better warming stations for breakfast, eggs and sausage were cold.

The facility was excellent. The service was excellent unfortunately there were really loud groups of people who also stayed at the hotel for a tournament. In the future, I would put those families on the side of the hotel, where they are not disturbing the other guest well into the night.

The ambience of the location and decor of the room made it a 99.9 in my opinion. This was a break from a job that was steering both my husband and I to having a nervous breakdown. This stay at Springhill was beyond what any Dr. could ever recommend. This spot is highly recommended!

Checked in very quickly. Room is neat and clean. Also looked at the pool and exercise areas and both were nice. Happy hour in the lounge was nice too.

Traveling as a single woman, I felt very safe. The parking lot was well lit. The staff throughout my staff were super friendly and cheerful. Highly recommend. The only downside was the hallway going to my room needed a bit of a vacuum but my room was spotlessly clean.

Pool getaway for the kids
We rented room as a family looking for a little break from home, a heated indoor pool, and free breakfast. The place was very clean and met all our expectations. We loved the townhouse more than the suites but both were amazing clean and included the necessary toiletries to ease our stay. The townhouse has the included kitchen equipped with dishes and refrigerator to aid families feeding children.

The hotel is very nice, with good size rooms and comfortable beds. There is a nice indoor swimming pool and exercise room. The free breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that I found a sock underneath the bed that didn't belong to us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We really liked that their checkout time was 12:00, and not 10:00 or 11:00 like most places.
