Waterfront Studio Apartment located on the Eastern Shore of Kent County Maryland. Perfect private getaway located on Still Pond Creek. Spend the day exploring the Eastern Shore and the Chesapeake Bay or just relax on our private dock.

Studio Apartment | Sleeps up to 4 people. 1 Full Bed, 1 Twin Bed, 1 Full Futon, 1 Full Bath.

You’ll love spending time on our private tree covered property with the best view on the Eastern Shore, whether it be soaking up some sun on our private beach and dock, cooking dinner on the grill (propane provided), or just sitting down, relaxing and recapping the days adventures watching the sunset while toasting s’mores around the fire pit. If you’re feeling on the more competitive side, challenge your partner to a game of cornhole with our custom cornhole boards. Kayaks and Paddle boards available for daytime use with a small private beach.

Perched atop a scenic overlook of the creek below, Still Pond Creek Retreat is a 1-bedroom studio apartment, 1-bath apartment that boasts big amenities. The cozy modern decor throughout makes the space an amazing place to relax and disconnect. Spend the day exploring nearby state parks or spend time on the water exploring the Chesapeake Bay then return home to cozy up next to the fire pit under the stars after you enjoy the gorgeous sunset that the Eastern Shore has to offer.

BOAT DOCKING
If you are interested in bringing your boat for your trip and would like to dock it at our dock please contact us for availability and pricing. We try to accommodate everyone interested in docking during their stay but we do need to verify if there is room at the dock on those dates prior to your booking.

Nearby towns for shopping and restaurants include Chestertown (10 miles), Galena (10 miles), Rock Hall (20 miles) and Middletown, DE (20 miles).

We cannot wait to host you at Still Pond Creek Retreat soon! Beyond the immediate property, the area surrounding Worton and the Chestertown area offers a host of attractions and amenities. Chestertown is a charming, historic town with a vibrant arts and cultural scene, featuring art galleries, boutiques, and local restaurants. The region is known for its scenic beauty, including picturesque countryside, charming small towns, and of course, the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Although we love pets we do not allow pets onto the property. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the apartment.

2. No Smoking. There are designated areas on the property that smoking is allowed but there is no smoking inside the apartment at any time.

3. This property is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of the home and safety of our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. We offer complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a quick response!

6. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Guests will have access to the studio apartment and the private dock, small beach, and fire pit area. The dock and beach are also used by the owners.

I stayed with 3 friends and it was lovely! The apartment was clean and tidy. The view was spectacular. The host was very communicative and kind leading up to and during our stay. There are great restaurants and things to do in the area as well.

This property was exactly what we needed! The apartment was very clean and well maintained making it such a pleasant experience. Even though the property is shared with the owners, they weren’t constantly around or hovering over us allowing us to enjoy our time together. We loved having the dock and availability of the kayaks so we didn’t have to bring us along for the long trip there. We found some small shops and cute little towns along with a wonderful winery all within a short drive from here. The owners also accommodated our reservation change request even on short notice which was extremely helpful to us. Thank you for opening up your property and allowing us to enjoy some peace and quiet.
