Expérience très ordinaire.
Je me suis arrêtée après une longue journée sur la route. J'ai choisi cet hôtel en raison des photos, du petit déjeuner inclus et de son emplacement. J'ai été déçue par le petit déjeuner (tout était vide, il ne restait que quelques beagles) et les photos. Ma chambre avait une mauvaise odeur. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, le toit coulait de partout. C'était pas exceptionnel.

Hotels.com devrait certainement aller sur place et voir cet hôtel, il est lugubre,la réception pas très sympa... cet hôtel tombe en ruine... l'état de la piscine et du sauna font peur ... pas envie d'aller s'y baigner.. après pour le prix.. on ne peut pas demander la lune.

Staff great, friendly and brought an extra blanket to room. Bed comfortable, appliances worked. There was only coffee at 7 for "continental breakfast," no coffee cups in the room for the coffee maker, NO WATER AVAILABLE IN THE TUB/SHOWER, light switch not working in bathroom (used heat light) and the only outlet in our room would not hold a plugin. Renovations were underway, but needed more to be done to be acceptable.

I have stayed in hotes/motels all over the world and this was the worst experience ever. The sink, not the toilet, in our first room plugged up and maintenance couldn't fix it, We had to change rooms, and it took 3 tries to get key cards programmed to work the lock. We had to get the key cards reprogrammed 3 more times in the next couple days. The restaurant they advertise is closed permanently, yet they have a sign on the main street advertising it and happy hour. The continental breakfast they advertise is with a container of cold cereal coffee pot in the lobby, but I didn't see any milk. There were a half dozen rooms on the first floor with no door locks, and the hallways needed to be vacuumed. Sometimes the main staff person would talk about the New Owner, and other times he would say there's no new owner. TV had no channels worth watching and we got tired of the empty promises to get us more. The reception on those channels we had was terrible. On a positive note the refrigerator and microwave worked, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. this place is a dump and the management doesn't seem interested in fixing anything. I looked at the reviews for a number of other Norwood Inn & Suites and they all had terrible reviews, so this seems to be typical.

We witnessed arguments yelling at each other in the hallway… by the staff. We had flies coming and hair coming out of our sink that basically was clogged. No handle on our bathroom door. We went to buy our own sheets and overall just dirty. On top of it the bar/restaurant is now shut down.

It was the first weekend in august and the AC didn’t work. My mid-70’s in-laws tried to tough it out and ended up sleeping in their vehicle at 1:00am. It was awful and they wouldn’t consider a refund.

Where to begin... booked two room for my sister and I. Called ahead and asking to be next to eachother. My room and my sister's room had joining rooms but my room was furthe down the hall. That didn't make sense to me. My rooms toilet water was shut off and the toilet was covered in poop 💩, bed had stains all over it, tv remote was missing back cover and battery, tv is self didn't even work. I was driving for 12 hours i was tired so i just turned the water on and wiped the toilet down with sani wipes. Flushed the toilet to see if it worked and nope its cloged. Went to the front desk and he said let me look at the toilet. He flushed it and it over flowed. He put me in a new room that, and i tell you what it was way better. Everything worked. Now my sister's room. She hated it. Bed had plastic on it. I slept for about 10 min and she called me saying there are guys out side her door trying to open her door and even trying to open the shared room door. They are being loud and she was very scared. I asked if she wanted me to come to her but she was already in her car ready to leave. So I packed up my stuff and we went to the front desk and there was some 16 year old kid just saying he is new and doesn't know what to do and throwing bunch of f bombs like its professional. This place isn't horrible smells like weed in the halls, bunch of drunks, unsafe, and on top of it my 13 year old niece was really freaked out when a guy was talking on his phone and stared to follow her!

The paint falling off the exterior, water damage in the bathroom, everything needed to be repaired, no fire alarm in room, toilet continuously drained, shower almost impossible to get on, carpeting very worn, playground equipment unsafe, windows need replaced, mirrors without backing, need replaced, no remote for the television, beds were so-so, pillows flat, trash on the floor of hotel halls, some rooms did not have doorknobs, exterior doors did not lock at night, breakfast was a bowl of cerial. The pool and gym equipment room were closed with no access during our stay. Our car did not get broken into and it was not too noisy. It did not cost much. Was close to the restaurants.

Les points faibles : Propreté, personnel et service, infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
Terrible place, couldn’t get room card key to work for one room, dirty clothes from other guests in another room and television did not work in third room. Ended up not staying there and went to a different hotel.
