« Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house. »

« The most gorgeous house and setting. Extremely well equipped kitchen, hot tub and pool a delight. Bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed, modern and fresh. Gardens very attractive lots of places to sit together or to find a quiet spot.Cannot praise it enough, we were three generations who all enjoyed every aspect. Lots to do locally, would love to still be there. »

« I stayed in this Manor House with my family, 9 of us in total. It is a lovely place if you desire to be out in the country, but still have easy access to restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. On the positive side, it is a magnificent building and garden space,was very clean, and had comfortable beds, along with a portacrib for an infant. Nicely equipped kitchen with washer/dryer. The only negatives were a heating system which was preset and difficult to manage for heat at night, and a...

« We had a lovely stay and enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. It was very hot so we had to stay in with the dogs quite a bit but it was relaxing all the same. Amenties just a short drive away. »

« Pour moi le point le plus positif a été le très bon accueil de la part du personnel qui est très prévenant. L’appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel, propre, une buanderie est à disposition ( a prix très raisonnable) et la bagagerie sécurisée est gratuite A moins de cinq minutes il y a une supérette, en un quart d’heure on arrive à pied dans le centre ville, en un quart d’heure on est à lArena et en cinq minutes on peut profiter du canal pour une ballade. Pour mon prochain séjour à Birmingham...

"Great staff. Perfect location. Room was very comfortable, a little bit of mold in the bathroom, some parts of hotel looked slightly tired. Would definitely stay again as the positives outweigh the slight negatives. "

"Personnel très accueillant. Bien équipé et confortable. Très bien situé près de l’aéroport et du NEC pour les événements. Dans un centre commercial donc plusieurs activités, restaurants et shopping disponibles. Salle de sport très bien équipée, l’une des meilleures que nous ayons faites "

"Idéalement placé en revanche le personnel au comptoir à peine aimable. Mieux pour le personnel du petit déjeuner. Les locaux commencent à être vétustes et parfois trop de queue au petit déjeuner. "

"Hôtel propre en cours de rénovation pour la climatisation. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre rénovée avec une climatisation performante mais ce n'était pas le cas pour un ami. Très pratique et bien balisé pour un accès entre l'hôtel et le NEC en 5 mins à pied."

Convenient for visit to Worcester Cathedral

"Comfortable and convenient to the restaurants and town centre. It is only a 10 minute walk from the catherdral and river. The parking behind the hotel is a necessity. However some of the rooms are above the street so can be traffic noise. "
