The Space:
A unique property on a quiet street, so close to the beach that you can hear the waves! You are also conveniently located within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and Woolworths. This cottage is quaint with a rustic beachy feel with a covered, fenced outdoor area to bring your furry friend on holidays with you!

The property is air conditioned ❄ with fans and high ceilings. The bedrooms are located on a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge / kitchen area. The main bathroom is located off the living area and there is a separate toilet in the laundry area off the downstairs courtyard. On those rainy tropical days you can while away the time playing from the selection of the board and card games. The property has excellent internet connectivity and you can even connect to watch your favourite video channels.

There are two covered outdoor entertaining areas for you to enjoy the tropical Far North Queensland outdoor lifestyle. There's even an outdoor shower for you to wash the sand from your toes after a leisurely walk on the beach or take a swim in the newly built and in ground mineral pool!! The cottage also has two carports which link to home via an undercover walkway.

Take a ride to nearby Dunk Island with Quickcoast Myroo Adventrures for the day which is just a 10 minute boat ride off the coast of Mission Beach.
