The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. I would also like to commend the night staff, who were exceptionally professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout our stay. However, our experience in Room 11 was deeply unsettling. During the night, my partner was abruptly woken and believed she had been physically touched, which caused her considerable distress. « Where shall I start, well for beginners I end up on a room that is 3 floors down, floor -3 I have been around the World and stayed in dozens of Hotels from 2 stars to 4 stars but this is the first time I stayed in a Hotel that offers rooms without windows and ventilation 3 floors down from the Ground floor. The room was smelly and dirty, I give a rate of - 3 stars to this Hotel my experience was overall horrible and horrendous. »

« Location is great, very near the city centre and close to the sea. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The property’s lovely and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed had good quality linen. Modern bathroom which was also spotless. All round a great stay! »

« Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. »
