« Good location for getting out and about. I think parking in the area could be an issue but transport links are very good. Bit of a hike to the upper rooms but we knew this before we requested an upper floor. Room very big and nicely decorated although some work needs doing to the ceiling. Tea/coffee well provided. Exceptionally clean. Internet very week at times and ITV an issue even after you've signed in as signal too weak. Didn't need to interact with any staff. Getting keys etc very slick...

« We booked late and knew the reviews weren’t great, but the stay was far worse than expected. Check in involved long queues, and when we finally got to our rooms, the rooms were doubles but should have been twins. Housekeeping couldn’t be reached and left a message as instructed, and when we returned later that evening, nothing had been changed. One room also had a strong drain smell. Reception told us housekeeping had finished at 3pm and that the hotel was fully booked, so no room move was...

« Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. Would highly recommend and will be back in future, thankyou so much! »

« Beautiful but compact room.We stayed in the small double as it was the only one left available when we booked, but perfect for a nights stay. The room had everything you would need and more including dressing gowns and a fan for warmer nights The breakfast was one of the best that we've had in a long time. The scrambled egg and smoked salmon was exceptional. We will definitely be back but would look at a Seaview room and a few more nights. »

« Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. »

« Employés vraiment souriants et accueillants. Hôtel désuet, en rénovations mais vraiment en décrépitude. Chambre supérieure non conforme aux photos. Impossible de voir la vue sur la mer comme annoncé car la fenêtre est en décrépitude et la vitre opaque. Télévision non fonctionnel. Plafonds ouverts. Ne vaut pas le prix du tout. Literies neuve et propre. Hôtel avec potentiel mais non actuel et vraiment tombé en ruines. »
