This space opens to the dining room with a large dining table set for ten guests with an extra four seating in the kitchen island.

We have two large terraces, one upstairs on the right side of the house next to the kitchen entrance and another on the left of the house next to the living room door. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to take a walk in our outdoor oasis. All your favorite outdoor activities will be within your reach. Take a dip in the pool, grill your favorite meal, or just sit quietly in the sun or by the fire. It is a little piece of heaven, outdoors, surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Enjoy fenced private inground pool exclusive for our guest. Cool off the summer heat in this pool. The pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend (last weekend of May) until the end of September. Closed for Fall-winter season.

(There is a locked closet in the master bedroom used for supplies and a door leading to downstairs that is locked in the kitchen).

You will have privacy to enjoy the pool, the house, outdoor furniture, decks and back yard, exclusively for guests.
The video camera will only be in front of the house at the entrance and parking.
We source our own water, please be conscious of the use of it. We have Aquafeel solutions water filter system to provide quality filtered water for the entire house.
There is a water dispenser cooler in the kitchen with an alkaline water filter in the sink for refilling.
I live downstairs with my family, we will only share parking and driveway. We respect your privacy and space.
