« From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly, after a 3 and half hour journey we had a lovely roast dinner and a beer which went down very well. We were then shown our room which was perfect, and matched the quaint pub, the bed was comfortable. tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, & water readily available, en-suite with shower and t.v. Breakfast was lovely all fresh and local produce. Final evening we had a lovely meal which coincided with my husbands birthday, the dessert came out...

« We were directly above the bar which had loud music until 1.30 am Easter Saturday night , so unable to sleep before 2 am . Guess we should have joined the party but we were too tired to do so . « Lovely stay at a genuine village pub, not a restaurant with rooms or a hotel with a bar, this is the real thing. Beautifully furnished rooms, amazing staff and service and fantastic atmosphere, and Blewbury is beautiful. The Ukrainian menu has to be tried! We loved also that the dog was as welcome as we were. »

Nous avions une voiture et cela facilite les choses ... La proximité du chemin de fer ne nous a pas dérangé car les trains ne passaient pas la nuit. L'accueil est familial.
