Check in was smooth but there was a terrible odor coming from the sink/disposal that emanated through the until. Had to place plates in the sink to try and mitigate the smell.

Location was great. Outside access to hot tub. But, tub was closed for “maintenance” and was not made aware before booking or at the front desk. Desk agent seemed annoyed that I chose to check in, “in person” instead of through an app and texting a robot. The sink was sort of broken and you had to manually open and close the stopper from under the bowl. There was dried blood visible on the down comforter (under sheets, but visibly gross), trash left in the room and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. Also, no ventilation in the bathroom and obviously dirty light switches. Kinda gross but an overall cute place. I do not fault the owners and also know that housekeeping is likely stretched with lack of employees. Otherwise parking was a breeze and it was close to the room. Only real value was the location. 10/10 for walking to the lift and a Starbucks right outside the door. Otherwise 2/10 for cleanliness and no hot tubbing.

Large well equipped unit, steps from the lift. Underground parking with elevator to you room was nice. The town of Winter Park has some great little restaurants.

Everything was wonderful except we dropped something from our night stand and the amount of trash and others peoples clothing under the bed was disturbing.

The property is amazing and has everything you need within walking distance! I disagree with the price of parking for being a guest at the hotel! $21 per day is a little steep.

Convenient ski in
Nice to be feet away from gondola straight to skiing. Easy access to hot tubs. Only issue keys not working locker. Reset several times before it worked. Communication was excellent.

I’m need of serious updates & not worth the price
The property did an excellent job communicating about parking and the check-in process. It’s location is amazing being a 2-minute walk from the gondola. However, I would not recommend staying here because the rooms haven’t been updated. The bathtub barely drained, the toilet barely flushed, the blinds kept coming apart, and the walls are paper thin. The prices they’re charging for this place are not worth it at all. You’d be better off trying another property even if it’s farther away.

Great location, can’t beat it for access to the ski lifts. The building itself is a little tired and could do with an internal refresh. Our particular apartment was clean, the bed was good, the kitchen was good but the two couches and chair in the lounge were old, springs had gone and pretty much unusable. This was disappointing.

Property was nice, only one remote for two TVs worked. Refrigerator door opened the wrong way and the space in the bathroom lacked any counter space. Getting in and out of the parking garage required two different keys. Worked for two people, however if we would have brought the kids on this trip it would have been a bit rough. Overall excellent location and staff was friendly. Would stay here again due to location convenience.

The building is located right on the slope
The building is located right on the slope, and it's pretty much the only one like that, so can't beat that. The garage is 1 floor below, so that works. Many clothing hooks everywhere which is great. The unit itself is nice and clean with some small issues which are somewhat typical to all mountain condos. 1. No ventilation in the bathroom! 2. Kitchen hood not venting to the outside, but "recirculating" fried bacon smell into the unit. 3. Both the tub and bath sink not draining properly. 4. The world's tiniest closet.

Very nice 1 bedroom condo. Kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony was great to have! Property was overall very good, the location is the best!!!! I would love to come back!

Off season with very low occupancy at the time. Everyone was pleasant. Condo was very clean… and I’m picky. Great and secure location in Winter Park.

Very nice lodge, make sure you know the bed 1st
This property is fantastic and right at the base of the mountain. Each unit is individually owned, but is serviced by the lodge. The pillows are so full and wide that they are completely unbearable to sleep on. Every room has the same pillows. Our unit had a double bed, and it was very uncomfortable and small. I paid for an upgraded unit. It would have been nice to know ahead of time the bed situation and that they upgrade was for nothing!

Winter is the time to stay here
So hot in the room. No A/C is fine if the windows open. They did not. The person before us apparently didn’t know how to use baseboards and had the heat on. We fixed that. The box fan didn’t work BUT the front desk was amazing and brought us a brand new one. For the brand Hurricane is was not very powerful though. The bike cage was safe! Loved that offering. Room was comfortable except for the heat. We probably won’t stay again in the summer/fall season. Winter is probably fantastic. The fitness area was nice for a small fitness room. The hot tub area was clean.

Winter Park Resort in the Summer
We’ve been skiing at WP for years, but this was our first summertime stay at the resort. The Zephyr location is great with walk-out-your-door access to numerous restaurant and shopping options along with easy access to hiking, biking, mini-golf, etc. Our unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable.

It was fantastic that it was right next to the area where the alpine slide and other fun activities were. Loved the private outdoor balcony and the view. Only downfall was no AC, but we should have left more windows open overnight.

Proximity to the slopes was the reason we booked at this property. In that respect it was great. For some reason the apartment was LUDICROUSLY hot. I don’t know if it was the pilot light in the fireplace? We had the windows all open and it was @ 38 degrees outside- but we couldn’t not get the temperature down - the thermostat was set very low- so we couldn’t figure a way to fix it. The front desk offered to send maintenance - but confirmed that all that could really be done is open the windows. This is a fairly dated property. Expensive unless you want that proximity.

Communication was excellent. Hot tub was super dirty on our first day. They did clean the water and surrounding areas the second day. One of the hot tub was not working. The beds in the apartment were very uncomfortable. The king bed and also sofa bed. We could not sleep for two nights with so much body pain. Other than that the place was ok and location is great.

Great condo at the Zephyr. The 1 bedroom unit felt roomy and had a perfect view of the slopes. The contactless check-in was easy and staff communicated with me via text.
