My wife and I were in town for a wedding and it worked out great. You are literally a one block walk to the free shuttle, but you probably won't even take it. There are so many places to eat, drink, and be merry within walking distance. I loved that the kitchen was a little bit separated from the great room so we could cook and prepare without having everyone gather IN the kitchen...hahaha. The fall colors were incredible, the place impeccable, and the host VERY responsive. If I ever find myself back in Winter Park I would stay here again in a heart beat. We didn't use the grill but glad it was there, but did use the hot tub. So nice to jump in on the chilly nights.

I love this location, easily walkable to best restaurants, market eatery grocer and Rendezvous park. Lots of great hikes nearby easy to get to. Bus stop nearby takes you to the slopes. Threw the owners a couple of curve balls and they knocked em right out of the park. I’m always going to stay there, unless you beat me to it!

We had a blast this summer at 705 Red Quill. It's is a wonderful home with all the conveniences and an easy walk to anything in downtown Winter Park. Most important the Owner was most responsive and patient. Have booked it again!

Very clean townhome that lives even larger than it looks. Our group was extremely comfortable and well-rested for days on the mountain during our stay. The location doesn't get much better either -- We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to for dinner, shopping, etc. after we got home from skiing. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home is very spacious and met all our needs! The hot tub was an added treat! Based upon the photos, we were under the impression the stream and walking paths were directly behind the house (a big "selling point" for us) which was not accurate and was a bit disappointing but the home is located in a very quite end of the subdivision and is easily accessible to many destinations. We would suggest plentiful bottles of liquid soap at every sink (kitchen and all bathrooms) ~ especially in this COVID season. Not every sink had soap and most were near empty without a refill bottle available. There were also several light bulbs out in the kitchen and some bathrooms which made some spaces feel dark. We very much enjoyed using the fireplaces but had to text the owner how to use them. The instructions were not in the unit or in the email instructions we were sent. Overall, our experience was amazing and we would definitely ask to rent this property again!

Our group of 8, including adults, teens, and younger kids, all had a great time at this condo! Pros- 1. Location. This condo is in the heart of Winter Park and is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and groceries. Short drive to Winter Park Resort. 2. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. 3. Furnishings are comfortable and many extras are provided, like soaps in the showers, paper products, and pantry staples. Cons- 1. No air conditioning. Upstairs bedrooms got hot and stuffy at night, even with windows open. There were a few fans provided, which helped. 2. Dining room table only seats 6, so our group of 8 could not fit. 3. Kitchen items like pots and pans and silverware need to be updated. Many cups and plates are chipped. Overall, would highly recommend!

Great property. Amazing location. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and cozy. So nice to have all the essentials stocked like, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Just like home. Carolyn, the owner, was so helpful, kind and super quick to respond to questions. I recommend this house 100%. We will be back!

This condo is located in a great spot. Close enough to walk to several restaurants and shops. A quick 5 min car ride to Winter Park Resort. Carolyn was very helpful and responded quickly when we had issues with the condition of the condo.

The town home was very clean and beautiful upon arrival. The hot tub was was wonderful along with all of the other amenities. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need.
