Lakota est situĂ© en face de l'entrĂ©e de la base de Winter Part Resort / Old Town et Ă  une courte distance de 4 miles de la ville de Winter Park. Cette belle maison de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains pour 8 personnes. Niveau principal avec salon, cuisine, salle d'eau et chambre des maĂźtres avec lit king et salle de bain privĂ©e. Niveau supĂ©rieur avec 2 chambres (1 avec lit queen et 1 avec 2 lits jumeaux) et salle de bain partagĂ©e. Niveau infĂ©rieur avec garage et buanderie. Confortable pour une ou mĂȘme deux familles. Le lecteur Wi-Fi et Smart Blu Ray dans le salon vous donne accĂšs Ă  Netflix et Ă  d'autres services de streaming (si vous avez un compte). L'unitĂ© n'a PAS de cĂąble (chaĂźnes locales de base dans le salon uniquement). Netflix (si vous avez un compte), etc. dans la chambre principale.

Des tarifs plus Ă©levĂ©s peuvent survenir du samedi au samedi pour les rĂ©servations. Pour les grandes fĂȘtes: Nous avons Ă©galement une maison de ville de 4 chambres "Ă  cĂŽtĂ©". Les propriĂ©tĂ©s sont Ă  seulement 100 pieds de distance !!

Nouveau pour la saison de ski 2016/17 - programme pilote de bus à la base le week-end et les jours fériés. Veuillez appeler pendant votre séjour car ce service dépend des conditions météorologiques. Le Night Lift, un bus de nuit sur appel, sera disponible pour les ramassages et les restitutions à Lakota (en fonction des conditions météorologiques) de 18h00 à 2h00. Veuillez noter qu'il faut composer pour appeler pour un ramassage de nuit.

Great WP Getaway

First off, the location is great, basically directly across from the winter park ski resort (we were able to do all the summer activities on the mountain within a 2 min drive.The unit itself was great- a quiet townhome/condo community, adequate space large living room. We brought our kiddos (5&3) and it was a great space for them. The kitchen had lots of pots/pans/utensils so we were able to cook easily. The quiet deck made a great spot to hang out as the sun went down. During our stay the unit got pretty warm on the inside during the day- especially in the upstairs bedrooms. One of the ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms was not functioning, and the box fans can only do so much. We made the best of it, but it made the kiddos’ nap time a little uncomfortable- but as soon as the sun went down and overnight it was lovely. Nothing unusual for mountain properties
Overall it was an awesome stay and would recommend as a great place for anyone wanting to stay close to the resort and close to everything in wp/fraser. Thanks for a great getaway!

Excellent location and beautiful views

Our group of six plus a toddler stayed here for a ski vacation. It's located very close to Winter Park (to the point where you could walk if you don't mind carrying skis for 15 minutes).

Solid Stay

Overall the place is great. The location can’t be beat. The bust stop is a short walk away which gets you to the slopes quickly. DONT TRY TO PARK AT WINTERPARK.The place is well stocked and comfortable.I do think it’s time for a remodel only to modernize. The couch could use an upgrade but the chairs were comfy.Beds are good but pillows need an upgrade.I would stay here again. Pros outweigh the cons.

Great Winter Park Stay

The location is great, right by the main entrance to WP's base village (short drive to drop off skiiers or quick walk to shuttle stop). The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The whirlpool tub is a nice treat after a long day on the slopes! Management was great helping us to check-in early and to locate renting baby items needed. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great family ski trip

This property is in a great location and had more than enough room for our family of 5. Easy access to WP bus to get to the mountain. Ample storage, including washer and dryer. The property had lots of extras, including laundry detergent, coffee and filters, and dishwasher soap (all things that are a bummer to buy for just a short stay). The kids enjoyed using the sleds that were in the garage, and the full game closet.

Great location,

House was very cold and slow to warm up. Called the mgmt company and not very helpful- never called back. Main TVs need some explanation with remotes. Gas fireplace turns off by itself. Great location. For the price, would be nice to have tvs in one other bedroom.

Great house

Recommend the house. Very clean and well stocked kitchen so was easy to make breakfast every day. Only slight con is that the green shuttle line tracking was down. Regardless of the app It was at times a long wait both going and returning so getting on and off the mountain was a little harder and took longer than expected.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and we liked the decor. It is very well stocked with all the cooking ware and utensils you would need to cook and eat in. Very close to the resort base. You can walk to the base which is about a 10 min walk or catch the shuttle. the shuttle stop is about a 3 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a perfect location

Stayed here for a family ski trip. Condo was a 2 min max drive to the base, very easy to get back and forth. Loved having a garage for our car, this kept it warm and ice/snow free. Only thing I wished it had was a hot tub, but overall this place was great! Would definitely stay here again no doubt!

Nice property and location. Not the best management.

We stayed at the property for two days to celebrate a birthday in September. The location was perfect only a short walk to the Winter Park Resort. The property was clean and fairly well stocked. The only thing was that there were soap/shampoo dispensers in every shower, however they were not labled so it was hard to tell which one was which. Communication with the property manager was not the best. Access to the property manager was limited and it would take forever to get a response. The day before our departure we requested to check out at 11:15a instead of 10a because my daughter had to attend an online class. After waiting 15 hours for a response we were finally denied after I sent another message. The property manager said that she had cleaning crew coming to the house within minutes after our check out time and there was no way to change the time or if I wanted for them to come in later I had to pay extra. She said “I am sorry I could not accommodate your last minute request”. Interestingly, the property was not booked for the next four days. I have stayed at different VRBOs over the past 7 years and never had an owner deny a check out 1 hour later, especially if a property was going to be empty for the next few days. We ended up checking out at 10am and my daughter missed her class.

Great stay in Winter Park

While we were in Winter Park for our son’s wedding, we all agreed (daughter, SIL, and grandson) we wanted to return and definitely would stay in this unit again. It was clean, spacious and the views were incredible. It had everything we needed and we appreciated the garage and additional parking spot. It was very close to town but enough outside to have the beautiful views - amazing windows. Thank you! Definitely want to return.

Just perfect

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughters bday. The house was perfect. Cozy vibe with wonderful Mountain View’s. Very roomy, clean and lots of blankets for us Floridians lol. Close drive to many popular attractions. Can’t wait to come back!
