« The carpeting in the stairwell could have used a thorough shampoo. « Shower faucet was obviously broken for a long time, could not get hot water out of it. Hair all over the shower. Beds had black spots that flicked off when scratch on three different blankets, AC kept room hot overnight and fridge was barely cool. Advised staff and they “took a note to let management know” as if they didn’t already know. »
