Serenely furnished luxury one bedroom condo in urban Glasshouse that is centrally located in Winnipeg downtown. This luxury condo has a welcoming walk-in hallway, luxury bathroom, spacious living room, full kitchen, enticing bedroom and a large balcony with great day and nighttime views from 12th floor of the building. This unit is one of the very few that includes a FREE parking lot within the building's parkade. Great for business travellers, friends and sports families - right across MTS.

The luzury bedroom has a well cushioned queen bed. Living room has a sofa bed, 55" smart TV with high-speed Wifi and free NetFlix already setup to go. Bedroom and living room have stunning views through 9ft high panel glass windows (ceiling to floor).

Located within walking distance of our beautiful condo is the Bell MTS Centre (for NHL games and events), the historic Winnipeg Exchange District and The Forks, The Human Rights Museum, University of Winnipeg, RBC Convention Center, Burton Cumming Theater, Winnipeg Goldeyes Shaw Park and Concert Hall.

On-premises gym and theater room available 24-hours

Restaurants close by include: Browns Social House, Tim Hortons, Moxies, The Merchant Kitchen and Tavern.

Parking:
This condo listing comes with one FREE on-premise parkade parking. Additional street parking is free in the evenings and paid during the day.

Absolutely NO PARTYING of any type or form is allowed. This building is peaceful and there is zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit and entire building. Partying or excessive noise resulting in a noise complaint can attract HEFTY CHARGES and immediate eviction. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

If you intend to book this unit to have any form of a partying or loud gathering, we recommend to NOT book this unit. We will be notified and you will be evicted immediately and fined for offenders

The listing was completely accurate. The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I chose the location because of proximity to the family that I was visiting. Downtown Winnipeg has its sketchy parts - as a native Winnipeger, I was not worried about walking around the area, but someone less familiar/more timid might be. If you are driving, this a great location, easy access to everywhere and convenient parking. If you are coming for a downtown event, the location would be unbeatable.

The property is in a great location for downtown Winnipeg events or the University of Winnipeg, all within walking distance, so you don’t need to drive around to find and pay for parking. From a country girl, the city always seems a little dirty but that can be overlooked if you are just there for a couple of days. The apartment was very clean and bright, not overly big, but cozy and convenient. The hallways were not always the cleanest, but there are a lot of people tracking in and out with dirty shoes at this time of year. The clean apartment made up for that. All in all I would give this place a 4.5/5

The check-in process could be better. I got in, but it took quite a while to do so. You have to get a door code to enter the unit once inside the building. It says it will be sent in your welcome message, but I didn’t get a welcome message so I had to get help from the security personnel to call the person responsible for providing the code. Once that happened everything was great. I was a bit surprised not to have any TV service other than Netflix. There is a TV in the unit but it wasn’t connected to any cable or satellite services. The bed was extremely hard. That could be upgraded to improve the experience. The parking was great, as was the security in both the building and the parking garage. I didn’t have to worry about paying for parking or having something happen to my car. If you’re attending events at the Canada Life Centre this place is perfect. The Wi-Fi worked good during my stay for my phone and laptop. All in all it was a positive experience, but could be better with a couple tweaks.

The unit is very comfortable. Once we understood how to access, both downstairs and up, access was very simple. We had hoped for a bit more food to be available and/or instructions as to where to buy. Unfortunately, we found downtown Winnipeg to be a largely depressed area, with a lot of homeless folk, not threatening, but just hanging around.

Enjoyed my stay once I figured out how to get into the building and parking. I couldn't get code to work but FOB worked well once we got it. Also one elevator was broken for the long weekend. Nice views and nice location. All the amenities are great.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this spotlessly clean and bright condo. It is centrally located, making it easy for us to get to anywhere we needed to be. It was a very comfortable stay indeed. Only thing missing were coat hooks at the door, as well as towel hooks, bathrobe hooks in the bathroom and bedroom, and luggage racks. We had to put our suitcases on the floor, as well as our jackets, and it sure would’ve been nice to have a couple of luggage racks instead of that. But otherwise it was great!
