I have shared your feedback with our leadership team. We use brand standard Serta Simmons mattresses throughout our property and understand that everyone has their own personal preferences. Unfortunately, like many other food establishments we are unable to allow guests to bring in their own food to our restaurant, we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Our rooms are also equipped with a full sized mirror on the door of the credenza in the room. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay.

Hi Samantha! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We have had the maintenance team inspect the mattresses in the room you stayed in! The carpet is set to be replaced this winter during our renovation. Unfortunately 3rd party companies do not always send us when someone has include breakfast with their reservation so I apologize for this inconvenience. It is something that we are working hard at trying to avoid in the feature!I hope you enjoyed your stay!

Hi Guy! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our elevators are operated by a third party company who unfortunately set the lighting level. We have had a technician come down to look at the lighting a few times and have been told this is a normal setting. We have since recontacted the company and asked they increase the light level or change the bulbs. I hope you enjoyed your stay!
