Hôtel propre mais situé dans un secteur moins beau de la ville. Pas bien insonorisé, on entend les chambres à côté. Dejeuner très ordinaire, pas de fruits.

Première impression de "laisse à désiré " en arrivant mais à part le tapis foncé et usé les murs sont propres la salle de bain propre aucune odeur de tabac le lit est propre et moelleux aucun bruit incommodant à déplorer tout compte fait une bonne nuit de repos.

Easy check-in needs to improve disability amenities such as grab bars in the tub a seat available for the bathtub there are ramps available from the parking lot to the first floor perhaps moving the washer and dryer to the main floor

Checkin staff was excellent and very accommodating even upgrading us from a queen bed to a king which was very much appreciated after a 10 hour drive to Windsor. The breakfast consisted of pancakes, cereal, toast or bagels. There was also some fruit and yogurt. There was quite a bit of light coming in the top of the curtains as the parking lot lights were always on and some cars raced down the street loudly, but overall a good place to stay plus a reasonable price.

We stay often and keep coming back. There are nicer places if you want to pay more but, this is the best value. The beds are nice, the staff cleans well and attends to your needs. They fix things to make it nicer continually.

We had a room right at the end and around the corner, on the second floor. Room was big and it was clean. However, we could hear the guy in the next room snoring! Not sure if I would book again. Price was good, breakfast was fine, but the snoring...kept us awake most of the night. Even with ear plugs we could hear him.

Very bad room condition, hair everywhere and dusty. You can't expect much from 2 star motel but still it wasn't cheap. Breakfast was also ok.

The front desk would not give copy of receipt of our travel and would not print it out. We asked multiple time to get copy of receipt of our stay but she insisted that she wouldn’t print. The room overall was clean.
