« This home is very clean and appears to be professionally decorated. We were impressed that there were Christmas decorations and a seven foot decorated tree. The kitchen is well furnished. There are many pillows, blankets, etc. in each bedroom. The pool was heated and the hot tub was wonderful. The game room is fantastic. We have stayed in three different Windsor Hills homes and this is by far the nicest. The host was very responsive and quick to get back to us when we had questions. »

« We honestly can’t think of a single thing to complain about from our stay at Windsor Hills. Laura’s communication leading up to our visit was excellent and incredibly helpful. With her assistance, we arranged a grocery delivery for our arrival, and for a very reasonable fee her staff received the order and put everything away for us. « The furniture in the unit is very cheap. The king size bed broke the 2nd morning we were there and they fixed it. The next night, we went to bed at 9:30 after a big day at Disney. At midnight, the bed fell to the ground while we were in a deep sleep. We contacted the host and the VRBO and got no satisfaction. We had to stand the bed frame on it's side against the wall so that we had enough room for the mattress to be on the floor. No attempt was made to correct this situation and the next...
