We did not expect to share a bathroom. We should of done our homework on the place. Its a lovely place to stay. Owner is very friendly, breakfast was accommodating to our wishes.
Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all times. I highly recommend staying at the Antique Rose Inn. - Dawn Kwiecinski
The owner or manager was quite accommodating with early checkin for our luggage and let us use her mini refrigerator.
She was very friendly and gave us a tour of this 1889 home. She made a delicious breakfast accommodating my gluten and dairy intolerance. The bed and room were totally comfortable! The only drawbacks were sharing the bathroom with the three other rooms making six people using the one bathroom. A water filter is also needed for the brown water.
A great escape for those looking for a getaway from city life. A beautiful historic house with quirks and charms. The owner Laureen is very kind and personable and always delivers a delicious warm breakfast.
The proprietor was friendly and informative! The location was wonderful. Convenient to all restaurants. Room and common spaces were clean and comfortable. All of all of the lovely antiques and paintings were fascinating. Just a wonderful place to stay. Will plan to come back again.
Loreen was a great host and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Delicious breakfast made to order at your preferred time. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely return on a future trip
