Are you looking to pop some bubbly and brighten your day? Our home, 'Champagne and Sunshine' is the perfect vacation spot to relax & getaway! This beautiful, simple, and European-styled home has everything you could ask for in a home away from home. This spacious 3000 sq-ft, 5-bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Temecula's Wine Country and its many award-winning restaurants.

Our 'Champagne and Sunshine' offers more than a stunning place to sleep, but a place to make lasting memories with your family and friends. Does someone like to cook? We have options! Cook up some delicious breakfast in our fully stocked kitchen, including pots, pans, plates, and basic cooking equipment, or turn on the outdoor BBQ to cook up some burgers while others lay around on one of the many lawn chairs wrapped around the incredible pool. Enjoy a glass of local wine while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Feeling a bit competitive? How about challenging your friends and family to a friendly game of billiards, and let the good times roll.

‘Champagne and Sunshine’ can comfortably sleep 10 guests with two large indoor living spaces, and a comfortable outside space to entertain. The home has three rooms with king beds, one room with a queen bed, and another room with twin bunk beds, each room has hotel-quality linen supplied. All bathrooms are stocked with hotel-like provisions as well, including towels, shampoo, soap, and a blow dryer.

This vacation rental offers guests the added fun of a large 'Connect 4' game as well as a Croquet set - perfect for enjoying some friendly competition and outdoor entertainment during your stay!

-Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $75 (plus tax)/night. (3 Night Minimum) If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.

The property was perfect for my family traveling to wine country from MN for wedding of our nephew. All bedrooms perfect for all to have their private space! We grew up in a one bathroom home difficult for four girls. My favorite memory was seeing all the sisters lined up at a mirror in the master suite getting ready for the wedding! Pool was chilly and hot tub very hot. We loved the quiet time and neighbors. . We wished we had more time to enjoy more.

We stayed here for a long weekend. Property was in a great location to check out the beautiful wineries in the area. Plenty of space for us. The pool was clean and refreshing to escape the heat during the afternoon. Definitely would recommend.

Had a bachelorette trip & had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. Everything was clean & smelled clean, remotes were sanitized & placed in plastic bags, they paid extra attention to detail. Pool & backyard was wonderful as well! First night we got a noise alert because we opened the door briefly cause some people left the house through the front door & threw out trash through the backdoor but after finding out how sensitive the noise detector was, we had no other issues the other nights as long as we stayed indoors. Unfortunately, the girls that slept in the rooms next to the hallway bathroom had a hard time sleeping, because everytime someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night it makes a long & loud humming sound. Other than that i would highly recommend this place!

We came down from Colorado for a family reunion, the house was clean and beautiful! The beds are comfortable, the back yard was great for the kids and ourselves to enjoy the pool and sunshine. We enjoyed our short week and would absolutely come back. Thank you so much.

Our family of four spent spring break with another family of four. We are all friends but it was our first time spending a week together for vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves. There was plenty of room for our families to play and eat together, in addition to having a place to have our own space. The home is beautiful and well taken care of. The home is just as beautiful as the pictures and well taken care of. The management team was very responsive through text and phone call.
