We try to accommodate all our guests. Unfortunately, we are unable to give you a receipt when you pay Expedia for your room. I was trying to explain why we could not give you a receipt for your room charges. There are two ways to book through Expedia, pay at property or pay Expedia. When you pay Expedia, we are not allowed to give a receipt for room charges. Please reach out to Expedia for further explanation. Again, I apologize for any confusing. Safe Travels.
