The tastefully designed kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms, perfect for entertaining your guests, and offers plenty of cooking prep space with peninsula and stainless-steel appliances, plus abundant storage including sizable pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the designated dining space with dining table and chairs that seats up to 6 guests. Just down the hall, you'll find a cozy bedroom, appointed with a QUEEN bed and luxury linens, with a private, ensuite bath and glass enclosed shower.

Further down the hall you will find the second bedroom with QUEEN bed. Guests will enjoy using the hall bathroom with dual vanities and oversized shower. Curl up into bed in this calm sanctuary after a long day of exploring the town.

There is plenty of space to getaway from it all...in the comfy bedrooms, backyard lounging area or in the front porch swing or rocking chairs. Read a book, listen to podcast, or listen to easy, relaxing jazz and take a much needed nap.

Head to the Historic Downtown Waterfront for day shopping at The Cotton Exchange, Chandler's Warf, Old Wilmington City Market or any of the many boutique shops on Water Street or Market Street.
